Taking Quick Notes

DT includes a note-taking tool to write quick notes and file them in your database.

Possible uses include:

• Write down ideas before they vanish;
• Take quick messages;
• Keep project notes and other project-related documents together.

At the top menu, select Tools -> Take Note…   

• Name the file; otherwise, it will use the first part of the Body content.
• Body - Type your Note content.
• URL – Referencing a URL.
• Tags – Tags can be added.
• Format – Options available: Plain Text, Rich Text, Formatted Note, Markdown.
• Location – Select an existing group or create a new group to save the Note file.
