PC Common Errors
Error: EndNote Setup asks for a Product Key
Be sure:
- You have downloaded the UTSA Licensed installer from http://asap.utsa.edu
- You have the license.dat file opened in the background when you run the installer
- Double click "license.dat"
- Windows will ask "How do you want to open this file", click the dropdown arrow on the right side of the window and select Notepad from the list of programs
- A Notepad window will open with the license information, now try running the EndNote install file again
