Clearing your web browser occasionally can alleviate and resolve a lot of performance issues.
Mobile Browsers
Android
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Apps
- Swipe to All Tab
- Choose your web browser
- Tap on Clear Data
- Tap on Clear Cache
Chrome for Android
- Tap on More on the top right hand side of the screen
- Tap History
- Tap Clear Browsing Data
- Choose time range, to delete all, choose All Time
- Tap on Clear Data
Safari for IOS
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Safari
- Tap on Clear History and Website Data
Chrome for IOS
- Tap on … on the bottom far right hand side of the screen
- Tap on Settings
- Tap on Privacy
- Tap on Clear Browsing Data
- Tap on Clear Browsing Data again
Desktop Browsers
Chrome
- Click on the 3 horizontal dots or the red arrow the on the top right hand corner of the screen
- Click on "More Tools"
- Click on Clear Browsing Data, select for All Time, Check on the other two boxes Cookies and Cached Images and Files
- Click on Clear Data
Safari
- From the top menu near the Apple icon click on Safari
- Click on Clear History
- From drop down menu choose All History
- Click on Clear History
Firefox
- Click on the 3 bars symbol on the top right hand corner of the screen
- Click on History
- Click on Clear Recent History
- On Details drop down menu you can see what will be deleted
- On drop down menu Time Range to Clear choose Everything
- Click on Clear Now
Microsoft Edge
- Click on the 3 dots top right hand corner
- Select Settings
- Choose Privacy and Services
- Select Clear Browsing Data
- Choose Cached Images and Files, Cookies and other site data
- Click on Clear
Microsoft Explorer
- Click on Tools icon (image of gear)
- Click on Internet Options
- Click on Delete under Browsing History
