Consumer Confidence Indexes

The "Consumer Behavior 2010" report by Richard K. Miller and Associates provides an overview of recognized measurements of consumer confidence in the U.S. used by businesses and government which reflect economic growth rate and consumer spending. Includes the Conference Board Consumer Confidence Index, Gallup Polls published daily in "USA Today," the Consumer Sentiment Index based on telephone household interviews, Consumer Comfort Index and more.

American Customer Satisfaction Index

Produced by the University of Michigan's Ross Business School, the ACSI measures ten economic sectors, 41 industries, and more than two hundred companies and federal or local government agencies.  Provides satisfaction benchmarks by industry, company, and brand.
