Topic

In America a rich man's secretary is likely to pay more income tax than his/her boss. Research America's federal Income Tax system to determine the validity of the above claim. Using data garnered from the Census Bureau write a causal argument whether or not the Federal Income Tax system is fair to rich and poor alike.
