- Gateway to ChineseWebsite from U. of Texas at Austin, with links to different resources, including pronunciation, vocabulary, listening, grammar, and reading. Interactive sites have reading, listening, and exercises.
- Beginning Chinese"This is a textbook that prepares students to learn the basics of the Chinese language.
The electronic textbook has both .doxc format and .pdf format available in the Google Doc platform. When you access the .doxc format files, make sure you download the files to your computer and use Microsoft Word software to open the files. As you know, Chinese character fonts in Microsoft Word files are incompatible with Google Doc files. If you open and preview the Word (.doxc) files in Google Drive, without downloading, you might find the Chinese characters in the files show with different fonts, and some charts in the textbook are corrupted. The .doxc format files are convenient for teachers to edit and use to generate teaching materials, such as PowerPoint slides, vocabulary flashcards, quizzes, and tests. The .pdf format files are convenient for learners to print out, and to explore the contents on all kinds of electronic devices, such as Windows, Mac, iPad, Chromebook, and so on."

Deutsch Im Blick by ISBN: 9781937963019Publication Date: 2017This textbook is newly revised (Mai 2013) and includes all 10 chapters of Deutsch im Blick. It accompanies http: //coerll.utexas.edu/dib/, the web-based first-year German program developed and in use at the University of Texas since 2008, and its companion site, Grimm Grammar http: //coerll.utexas.edu/gg/. Deutsch im Blick is an open access site with free and open multimedia resources, which requires neither password nor fees. Deutsch im Blick has been funded and created by Liberal Arts Instructional Technology Services at the University of Texas, and is currently supported by COERLL, the Center for Open Educational Resources and Language Learning UT-Austin, and the U.S. Department of Education Fund for the Improvement of Post-Secondary Education (FIPSE Grant P116B070251 & P116Y090057) as an example of the open access initiative.

Hola a Todos: Elementary Spanish I by This is a preliminary Open Textbook as created by the UNG Elementary Spanish I grant team using a Round Six Textbook Transformation Grant. The textbook is currently composed of original instructional materials created for the OER-based course, and the team is working to create a full open textbook at a later date.
