- Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS)The BRFSS is the world’s largest, on-going telephone health survey system, tracking health conditions and risk behaviors in the United States yearly since 1984. Currently, data are collected monthly in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam.
- sHealth Collaborative - Bexar County Community AssessmentThe Bexar County Community Health Assessment is a major initiative of The Health Collaborative. The mission of the organization is to improve the health status of the community through collaborative means. Partners include Baptist Health System, CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health Care, Methodist Healthcare System, University Health System, the YMCA of Greater San Antonio, Community First Health Plans, Methodist Healthcare Ministries, San Antonio Metropolitan Health District and Steve Blanchard PhD.
