UTSA is a partner institution with DMPTool, an online application that helps researchers create data management plans. DMPTool provides detailed guidance and links to general and institutional resources and walks a researcher through the process of generating a comprehensive plan tailored to specific DMP requirements.
Recommended Formats Statement identifies hierarchies of the physical and technical characteristics of creative formats, both analog and digital, which will best meet the needs of all concerned, maximizing the chances for survival and continued accessibility of creative content well into the future.
UTS provides services for servers around UTSA. Services include new server installation, server operating systems configuration, Naming (DNS), IP Protocol DHCP-Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, and file services.
By providing a combination of advanced computational systems, a large data storage opportunity, and high bandwidth data access between the institutions, UTRC enables researchers within all 14 UT System institutions to collaborate with each other and compete at the forefront of science and discovery. UTRC incorporates integrated operations (central and distributed, connected at high bandwidth) and works with researchers to develop applications, manage and analyze data, and integrate with the decentralized resources.
The Office of Research Integrity (ORI) supports the UTSA research community in its commitment to high standards of research integrity and scholarly excellence. They promote ethical behavior and best practices by anticipating risk and communicating research compliance standards for meeting research goals.
