Online Library Services

This guide is for the students and faculty who are enrolled in or teaching fully online courses at UTSA.

Subject Librarians

Our subject specialist librarians will be happy to talk by phone, email, or video chat with you about your research needs.  These subject librarians are also available to be embedded in your Blackboard courses and teach online sessions about library resources and research strategies. They can also work with you to design assignments using online library resources.

Online & Distance Learning Librarian

Librarian Rachel Cannady coordinates services and resources for fully-online distance students and faculty at UTSA. If you need help, please contact Rachel at rachel.cannady@utsa.edu or 210-458-8612.

Our chat staffed by professional librarians is available via a pop-up widget on the library homepage until 11:00 pm Central Time most of the week. If chat is not available, leave your question and email address, and we’ll respond to you as soon as chat re-opens.
